In dyeing treatment, the effect of soaping wash is influence on the fabric color shade, fastness and quality. In traditional soaping wash process, washing and remove the flooding by detergent which compound with surfactants. It is not only hard to remove the detergent completely, but also cause to many foam. Need a considerable amount of water to wash, and need many times and energies. And also cause to foam stain, soaping stain and so on faults. More important is can't get the satisfactory soaping effect.We developed a new high effect chelate low foam soaping agent. Have excellent effect in soaping wash; raised productivities; improved the speed and thoroughness of removing floating color; improved dyeing fastness; made the color shade purely and the fabric cleanly; has the dual function of soaping wash and neutral alkali to economy the cost of washing and acid wash, and beneficial to the environment.

Properties

Application
Used in the dyeing factory: the suggested application amount is 0.2-1g/L of HT303; needn't add other agent;The application conditions are same as normal detergent.
